New Patient Information:

We are so excited that you are planning on visiting us!

What To Expect:

At both Northwest Pet Clinic locations, we strive to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for our clients and patients.

Office Visits are available by appointment or on a call in/walk in basis for emergencies. If you don’t have a scheduled appointment, we’d appreciate it if you could please call us before you come to our clinic so that we can prepare to ensure that your pet can receive the best treatment. We’ll also try to notify you of wait times if applicable.

Appointments can be made by calling us at 520-742-4148. A drop-off service is available for your convenience. Simply drop-off your pet on your way to work and return later in the day to take him home. There is no extra charge for this handy service. For scheduled surgeries, dental cleanings and in-patient medical treatments, we ask that you bring your pet between 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the procedure.

Patients requiring anesthetic procedures (e.g., surgery or dentistry) should not have any food after 10:00 p.m. Water can be made available during the night but should be taken up by 6:00 a.m. All pets admitted into the hospital must have current vaccinations. Necessary vaccinations can be updated while they are in the hospital.

Payment MethodsFees
Medical and surgical fees are based on the time involved, medications used/dispensed, and the nature of the procedure. We continually strive to provide the most progressive medical, diagnostic and surgical services possible. We do our best to keep services as affordable as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask in advance about the anticipated cost of care for your pet.

For your convenience Northwest Pet Clinic accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, CareCredit, and pet insurance (ask one of our staff about how you can enroll). Payment of hospital fees is expected at the time your pet goes home.

Extended HoursExtended Hours
We realize that you are busy and that health needs for pets and people do not always arise at the most convenient times. With extended hours, we try to be there for you! We are open seven days a week to provide you with the best service possible.

Ina: 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Friday

        8 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

                                                                                  Oro Valley: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. 7 days a week

Doctors’ appointments and surgeries are scheduled in advance. Appointments can be made by calling either of our offices. The appointment system is more time-saving for you and enables us to give you and your pet our personal undivided attention during your appointed time. However, unavoidable delays may occasionally result from emergencies. Please know that such delays will be no longer than absolutely necessary. Should it become necessary for you to rearrange your appointment, please notify our office as early as possible.

Since a specific time has been set aside for you during your appointment, please do us and other clients the courtesy of being prompt for your scheduled time.

Due to the large number of pets and people coming in and out of our hospital, we ask that you please leash your dog and have a box or suitable leash for your cat or other pet. Children should be kept under close supervision at all times because they often do not understand that a sick pet may not react favorably to strangers.
