This place was really great. They weren't successful in treating my rat's respiratory infection, which was not their fault. The vet I took her too originally had no idea what he was doing and so I just think the infection was too far gone. She was really suffering so I decided to put her down. They were very caring and understanding and they allowed me to spend as much time with her as I wanted in an exam room before they took her away. I was sad I couldn't be with her when she went, but I understood since they use gas on rodents instead of injection. I also was comforted because they cremate the pets that are euthanized (at least the ones the owners don't want to take home) and they spread the ashes over the desert. They even sent me a sympathy card that was very sweet and had many staff signatures on it. I was very satisfied with the way they treated me and my rat and I would go there again if I still lived in the area

I've taken my pets to NW pet Clinic for several years now. The Doctors and staff there are simply amazing. They treat my 2 dogs, Allison and Inde, like they are their own! The staff is always so helpful in everything I need, as well as helping me understand the wellness & preventative care needs of my dogs. Because I work full time, their new extended evening and weekend hours makes it so easy to get an appointment. I could go on and on about how perfect everything and everyone is at Northwest Pet Clinic, giving 5 stars and HIGHLY recommending them is the least I can do for as much as they have done for me and my 4-legged family!

As the business owner of Nunn Better Pet Care, I have found Northwest Pet Clinic to be absolutely fantastic. They have cared for all of my personal pets and not to mention numerous client's pets. The front office staff is always friendly and very efficient and Dr. O'Donnell and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very progressive with their treatments. The clinic has a warm and fuzzy feel and the office hours fit almost everyone's needs. I cannot say enough good things about Northwest Pet Clinic. I love all of the techs there and they always remember my pets and ask how the others are doing. We moved to Tucson a little over 9 years ago and needed to find a vet. We had a terrible time finding a vet that was clean, professional, knowledgeable and had reasonable hours. We went to the Emergecy vet for everything. About 2 years after we moved here we found Northwest. They are all of the things listed above and so much more! Our cat Johnny got very sick very quickly and was almost dead by the time we got him to Northwest Pet Clinic. They agreed to see him late at night and got him in right away. Because he was so sick we could not afford the cost of treatment it was going to take to save him. Putting him to sleep was our only option. They took it upon themselves to find a great alternative as to how he could still be saved and live a happy and healthy life. This is the most compassionate and professional Veteranarians office I have ever heard of! If your pet needs any type of care at all you need to take them to Northwest Pet Clinic, and you will be very happy you did!

We have been taking our pets to North West since they opened their doors. We have had many animals over the years so the crew there know us on a first name basis. They have always done a great job. Even though I got married and moved to the other side of town I will still take my pets here.

My parents have been taking our family pets here for years and have always had great experiences. When I got my own cat, I took him in and was blown away by the friendly service, knowledgeable staff and caring attitudes of the staff. The doctor even called me herself a day or two after the appointment to review the results of the lab work and see if I had any additional questions! I would highly recommend taking your pet(s) to the Northwest Pet Clinic.

Courteous Staff. Appointment made same day. No wait in the lobby, immediately taken to an exam room. Staff took history and asked questions within minutes. Doctor came in very quick after that. Took time, asked questions, explained options. Did not push x-rays or valley fever test (even though that is what I thought the dog had), let me know all options. Quick prescription of antibiotics filled within minutes. Invoice provided in exam room and done!!! 30 minutes start to finish (new patient paperwork included). Time is valuable and they didn't abuse mine.

I have been a customer a bit over 1 year now. In the past month, my dog, Buddy, has had to visit about 4 times due to some swelling in his face. I find the staff very friendly and professional. They provide estimates, so you know exactly how much you'll be spending. As a single Mom whose $ is tight, I sure do appreciate the fair rates. I have also found that I have saved $ for things that Dr. O'Donnell does not find necessary. I trust her and the staff. My dog seems to like them as much as I do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing vet care for their loved animals.

After many visits to vets that misdianosed my Borzoi, I found Northwest Pet Clinic. The Doctor not only correctly diagnosed my dog, but gave medication that cleared the infection up, after six months of discomfort. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is friendly, the fees reasonable.
